From The Hearts Of Moms...

I'm confident that your experience with Wildflower will be exactly what you and your daughter need. It's what makes it so special. It's also why so much love was poured into the creation of each retreat. Something you can enjoy together with a lasting impression in and positive impact on your relationship.

Check out what others are saying about their experience:

As a mother of an adult daughter I can say that attending the Mother & Daughter Retreat allowed us to carve out time for just the two of us and to focus on our relationship.  We do see each other on a frequent basis, however there are always a million things going on and during those interactions we are more likely to talk about everything other than our relationship.  During the Retreat I was extremely moved to hear my daughter describe me as a warm hug.  Going forward that comment has frequently returned to my thoughts taking me to back to our time during the Retreat and also affirming for me that she feels my love and support as it is intended.

My favourite thing about the evening was the one-on-one time with my daughter- something that was only her & I. And hearing that others have the same hopes and fears.
The most important thing that I take away from the evening is that developing a trusting relationship is a series of small stuff. Reframing behaviours- it means she needs something she doesn’t know how to ask for.
My favourite part of the evening was getting to listen to my daughter. Asking her questions and getting to know more about her.

The Wildflower Mother Daughter Retreat was an amazing experience that allowed my 14 yr old daughter and I to connect more deeply as we were guided through meaningful questions, sharing experiences, and simply checking in with each other in such a special space.

Carmen led us through fun and important exercises to help build a more solid foundation for our relationship. We also loved the music and yoga sequences to finish off the class. The entire day was peaceful, relaxing, and simply magical. I would recommend this retreat for all moms and daughters.

It was great mother/daughter bonding time... no one else, just her and I. Well worth the time and effort.
So beneficial to connect. Very Soulful.

From The Daughters...

My favourite thing about the evening was getting to spend the time with just my mom and getting closer.
The most important thing that I took away from the evening was that it’s important to trust each other and talk to each other.
Any chance you get at making your relationship stronger is important and you need to take it.
I learned that instead of getting mad at my mom I know to sit down and just talk about it.
I’ve learned that my mom and I need to communicate more. And that taking time for yourself is super important. Doing so with a loved one helps with the experience overall.
My favourite part of the evening was connecting uninterrupted with my mom.
The most important thing that I took away from the evening was that the thing is not the thing. It’s much deeper than that.
