Join for a soul-filled evening designed for you and your partner to stoke the inner fire as you explore depth within your relationship through authentic connection, soulful communication and the potency of your breath. 

The power of partnership supports you- as individuals and as partners- to deepen your true relationship with abundance both in life and in love.

The evening explores what is wanting to come alive in your hearts and your lives right now and softens barriers or blockages to experiencing just that. Includes guided discussion, nourishing movement, a facilitated breath journey and light refreshments.

The sacred space held welcomes you as you are and is always safe, supported and infused with love. No experience necessary.


About Breathwork:
Breathwork is a beautifully direct path to welcoming more love, openness and truth into your body and your life. Your breath is your first line of nourishment and carries the very life-force that sustains you throughout your entire system.

How you breathe is a direct reflection of how you show up in your life for yourself and for each other. When you work consciously with your breath, you begin to discover and integrate/heal unconscious patterns within yourself that also show up in how you relate to each other. Using your breath, you bring deep awareness and flow into areas of your body and partnership in which you may hold dense, stuck energy, old stories, tension and dis-ease.

Although an individual journey, Breathwork becomes an incredible tool for connection, communication, intimacy and healing within all your relationships as you are able to move beyond your stories into the deep soul connection within the dynamics in your life. 


Exchange includes tips and tools for deepening connection, communication, guided movement, facilitated breath journey and light refreshments. $40/person. Please e-transfer to save your space or with any questions.

*Please bring pillows and blankets for the breath journey, a closed-lid water bottle and a journal and pen. Dress comfortably and in layers.
